A “one-stop shop” for parents to access resources and/or enroll into programs for young children (prenatal to 4 years of age.) Phase 1: online tool for Dallas families to find information about early childhood development resources Phase 2: common ‘entry’ application submitted to programs of interest and for which they qualify Where did the Single Point of Entry Concept come from? - Dallas Achieves ECE Workteam met bi-weekly for 2.5 hours over 3 months to develop a charter - Dallas Achieves Single Point of Entry Subcommittee: led by Susan Hoff, Paul Dabbs, Suzanne Kubelka, and Venus Thionnet - Texas Plan - Other Systems: San Antonio, Health Care, Dept. of Aging What work has the ECE workteam already completed on this project?
